92 WS; 94 RWP; 93 Winetex; $55

This was WOW wine. It was drinking particularly well. I’m going off memory here but it was very balanced with a great nose of blackberry with pepper and spice. The fruits were excellent with enough pepper, spice and bramble to make it a lengthy finish.

After we drank this last month Mr. Winetex pronounced that all was well with our little world. It’s one of the great things about wine. I would go ahead and open these if you have them – it’s ready and waiting.
