dark opaque purple. big expressive nose of black currant, casis and cedar. full bodied chunky extracted black fruit, earth and toast. long finish with sweet tannins that were well integrated with the fruit. still plenty of time. this was an excellent wine. me92

Have you or anyone tried the '97. Have a few. Hold or drink?

i did not think the 97 was as good as the 96. the 96 had more complexity.

My problem with Minor is that it is also getting up there in price. So, I do Not buy it anymore (after it crossed $60.00).

the 96's were high $30's.

You see, you see...That's what I am talking about. '97 was $60.00. I bought 5, I think. Tasted @ Minor. But, that was it for them.
