I don't know how allocations will play out for most, but I was told the 54 bottle allocation will be the standard in the spring/fall for those who received it previously.  If you received 54 bottles before, you'll likely get it again.  My bank account is already cringing.

People are paying over $100 a bottle on winecommune.com auctions, with some $150+ per btl for the single vineyards.

That should alleviate some of the financial burden of buying 54 bottles.

I'm planning on passing along at my cost all of my allocation to the local wine group. I don't need any more KB in my cellar at the moment.

Dan Kosta just posted on ePantload that allocations should be up in about an hour.

My allocation is:
(2) '07 Rose ($18)
(5) '06 Pinot, Sonoma Coast ($48)
(5) '06 Pinot, RRV ($48)
(0) '05 Syrah, Amber Ridge ($48)

Wow.. .$48... it's getting pricey.  Seems like a lot for an appellation wine (not single vineyard).  $32 and $38 per bottle two years ago.  Last year was $45, and now $48.
My wife won't be happy.  I'll have to think about this... I'll probably buy... I have 3 weeks to consider this.

LOD Member here, and my allocations are:
0
12
12
2

Have never ordered the Rose or Syrah before, so maybe that explains the odd, and lower allocations for those wines.  Note: The option of asking for more wines is absent for wines that have been allocated.  Wish list only appears for the Rose, since I was allocated none.

Beta testing a new signature.

My allocation is the same as Eric's ... which is just fine with me. I have no room or $$ for more ... although I would have liked more Rose

I really don't understand how KB does their allocations, though. I'm LoD, and had a really big allocation of the Vineyard Designates last fall - bigger than the apparently typical 54 bottles offered to many other LoD members. Now I see Chris' allocation - maybe this is KB's way of taking care him ...

I've got the same allocation as Eric.
I'm definitely buying, but man these were a screaming deal at $32 & $38.

I got the same allocation as Eric and Robert save that I received an offering of only two bottles of Rose (note I'm not complaining simply sharing information).
