Wave 1 allocations went out last weekend to past customers followed this week with offers to our next 50 mailing list members -- thanks to all on this forum who have already placed orders!  If you are planning to order please respond by the date on your offer -- we are sending offers out in waves to our mailing list to make sure we have enough wine to fill your orders (especiallly for forum members).  Fall offering includes our '05 cab from Stagecoach Vineyard (same vineyard and block as our '04) and '05 syrah from Las Madres Vineyard (a new offering for us - same vineyard as Alcina uses).

Cheers.

Karen.  So sorry this is late but it takes about three days to download all the funny faces from a dial-in server to order and respond.  If you still have some of your glorious stuff left, please let me know.

Thanks in advance.

cmsyrah:  you're not too late.  We're releasing offers in Waves.  Wave 1 went to our past customers and to some additional mailing list members.  Wave 2 will go out to all remaining mailing list members and orders will be filled as they are received.  No hostage situation on the offering - you can order either/both wines and up to the maximum offered.  We also arranged for additional shipping options this year and rates are based on the number of individual bottles ordered (not set ranges like 1-3 or 4-6 -- you pay to ship for the exact number of bottles you order).  So far the feedback has been great on the shipping options (we are really trying to hold down shipping costs for our customers).  PM me if you need additional info.

I agree... and thanks, Karen, for working on the shipping options.
I wish more of your colleagues would do the same.

Just faxed my order in, three bottles of the cab. The syrah is very tempting but the cellar is full.

Thanks to everyone on the forum who ordered our '05 wines. We will start processing orders after the holidays (weather permitting). If it's too cold to ship to your location, we'll hold your wine until the weather cooperates. When your order is process you'll receive an e-mail notification as well as tracking information - your credit card will not be charged until your order is processed and ready to ship. Again - thanks for your orders.
