| I can't help from my cellar, but I just received an offer from Suburban for 2005 Kongsgard "The Judge" for what is actually a fairly reasonable price, $219.97.

| Everett,
What kind of problems have you had with Winecommune? By wines consigned to them, or from direct from individuals selling at auction?

More direct from individuals. I got stiffed on a 6-pac of 1999 petrus that I had to fight through AMEX. I did not have to pay, but the auction seemed legit as there were pictures of the bottles. Flat out fraud. I have also expereinced unreported damaged labels and the like.

| I hope you contacted WC to have them blacklisted and /or complained about items not adequately described. I haven't had any problems with WC directly although a couple of individuals I bought from were kind of squirrely but finally came through. If I bid now, I limit my bids to those wines offered by WC. | | | TN posted on Cellartracker"

| I only list bottles through winecommune's consignment service, the direct route is too painful.
Sorry, I can't help you, the wines I have from your list I'm keeping for myself, with the exception of the 2003 Judge, which I just shipped off to winecommune. Those are listed tomorrow as I recall, so if you bid on a 2003 judge on winecommune next week it is likely to be my bottles.
