for 2006 he will add some wines made from Mendocino fruit (Alder Springs - 3 block designated syrahs)

likes whole cluster fermentation

Syrah gets 25%-35% new oak - 2005 got 35% new oak and was 80% whole cluster,  2006 will be/is 100% whole cluster

Grenache sees no oak - 2005 was all destemmed - 2006 will be/is 100% whole cluster
