Just got the Rochioli Fall mailer.

2005 Little Hill Pinot  $65  Allocated 4
2005 West Block Pinot  $78  Allocated 3
2005 East Block Pinot  $90  Allocated 1

Ouch...but these are must buys for me.  The 2002 Little Hill is the best bottle of Pinot I've ever had.

Chris

Wonderful. My mail is going back and forth across the country and I'm about to leave for Asia for two weeks. If I recall correctly, Rochioli is first come first serve. Wonder if they'll let me call in my order?

This is one of the few California Pinot producers I truly enjoy. I piggy back on a locals mailer and we'll likely max out.
Joe-----Wine is like potato chips around me...if it's open, it's gone.

Drew,

They set up allocations based on expected demand, but the allocations are not guaranteed.  The sooner they get your mailer back, the better your chances of getting your full allocation.

I'm going to be faxing mine in today.

Called and confirmed my fax today. Only difference I had was a bottle of Three Corner Vineyard at $72, which I picked up as well. One side note - they just put up their web site at www.rochiolwinery.com

Drew, are you saying you weren't allocated this wine, but when you went to call and confirm your order it was offered?  If so I need to make a phone call....;-)

LOL no. I was allocated 1/4/3/1. Asked about extras and she laughed. Sorry about the confusion :-D
