Another day, Another mailer.

2005 Pride Cab @ $66
2006 Pride Chard @ $37

Its been a favorite in the past, but the cab certainly isn't a no-brainer at the price without notes or feedback, and I haven't yet found tasting notes.  Has anyone tried the cab yet?

Nope, haven't tried it. I still had to get 6, even though I was underwhelmed with the 2004

Barrel tasted the 05 cab and it was very very good, reminded me of 2002. No insight on the Chards though. The mountain top and/or claret from 2005 will be out of this world, based on the taste I had. Of course, YMMV.

with my addition to the SQN list, some wineries are going to have to be dropped. sadly, Pride is one of those. i love the cabs, but i need the cash.

Bought 6 cab. I 've never tried a Pride chard that I thought was worth the money.

Thanks Randy.  Was looking to be swayed one way or the other, now my credit card has to go with me over the fence for 6.

I'll pass on the Chard for sure, but I am on the fence with the Cab. I generally like Pride Cabs, but fall mailer season is just beginning and I am already having storage issues. I have to be very selective with my purchases.
