i was allocated 6+6+1 box.  i ordered it all, but it felt positively prehistoric to fill out a paper order form, write a check, put it in an envelope, affix stamp & walk it out to the mailbox.

i suppose it will be interesting to see what the secondary market does, but i intend to drink mine.

Gus

Sorry to have missed you last time you were in.  I was in a planning meeting with several managers and we had just taken a break.

Call ahead next time.

++++++++++++++++++

IMO the SQN wines are truely remarkable and have found no reason to really flip any.  I go back quite a ways with vintages and I have yet to find one that is even a little OTH.  About a month ago I had a 2001 Ventriliquist and and I'm pretty sure it will be among my top five wines for this year.

Flip you Pax or Alban.  Drink your SQN.  Enjoy!

nice.

slim syrah bottles...
large punt in the grenache.

Those wines get shipped in the fall.  Basically SQN runs a six month cycle.

Gus,

I think you could open one in May.  You just have to let them sit a few weeks to become happy after the rough FedEx ride.

You can wait until 2022 to drink your last bottle (at least that is what RP says).

Got my 6 pack when I came into the office yesterday. So how come everyone bitches about the size of the Pax bottles but not the SQN bottles?

Perhaps it is because SQN is so much better than Pax.
