I'll nominate Adel's in San Francisco. They have a great selection of cabs, pinots, etc. with hundreds from pre-2000 (with a lot of 80's cabs as well) vintages.

Obviously condition is always a concern on older bottlings but so far so good in what I've seen and heard from there.
