I haven't heard many of you talk about this champagne, but it has long been a favorite of mine. I just found it as a prearrival ( which I found out is actually arriving today ) on Flickingerwines.com for $54. I thought that price was pretty darn good. Around here, Palmes D'Or runs for about $105. If any of you are interested, I think they have 5 bottles left. The 1990 Palmes D'Or was great and the 93 was pretty good as well. I haven't had the 96 yet, but have heard great things about it from friends. I also think WS gave it a 95 or 96. Anyhow, go grab a few bottles if you're a fan. That site has some really great prices.

I spoke to one of their reps yesterday after I checked out their site on a recommendation from two different people on this forum. This will be my first time doing business with them, but so far they seem like very nice people who run a good operation. When I called yesterday to check and make sure that the price was correct, they told me that the bottles were arriving with the shipment today, so I guess they are no longer pre-arrivals. Anyhow, I made sure that they ship to my state and then placed my order. They call and confirm all orders after they receive them online. So, they called and left me a voice mail today and said that the order was in and about to be shipped. Assuming that all goes well and I receive my beautiful Palmes D'Or bottles early next week, then I will be doing A LOT of business with them very soon. They have some good wines at some of the best prices I've seen. I was practically dancing around when I saw that price on such a great champagne. They have a few Gossets as well. Anyhow, check them out and I'll keep ya'll postede as to the arrival of my new bubbly!

I have no interest in the company at all...actually maybe an interest to NOT advertise as they do have some very good values

I have purchased from them 2-3 times in the past and have been very happy with both the service and the bottles.

P.S. Nice find! They also have some good prices on Rhone wines.

The other deal is on the 1996 Gosset GM. I also noticed that Hi-Time Wine Cellars in CA has this for $54.98 pb.
