The Martinelli mailer has arrived!
2001 Jackass- $50
2001 Moonshine Pinot- $50
2001 Bondi Home ranch Pinot- $50
2000 3 Sisters Pinot- $50
2000 3 Sisters Chard- $50
2001 Woolsey Rd Chard- $28
This is the least expensive option- $278 for the above six bottles, one of each.
There is also a $553 option for 12 bottles and a $806 option for 18 bottles.
Mr Jazin and I both have mailers in our names, so we have 2 allocations...one of which we won't use... if anyone is interested let us know!

I recently got on their list and just got the Mailer. What A rip off, they substituted Sauv Blanc and Gewurtz for the 3 Sister stuff . These are wines that I already bought last mailer. I took there whole allocation last time. The worst thing is that no matter how many bottles I buy there is never mor then one Jackass allocated. I think I'll take a smaller alocation and load up on the G&L.

a disapointed TCK

TCK- thats what we do, we just buy the 6 pk and add Guiseppe and Luisa. They are pretty good about letting us add more of the wines we want when we are there in person, which we will be in May/June.
The Jackass is tough, though- we've been on the list for about 5 yrs...its hard to get more than one!

I'd bet Jones gets more than 1 Jackass (no pun intended)

so 5 years of purchases still gets 1...ouch

Unless you get the 12 pk- were you offered 2 Jackass in a 12 pk?

4 Asses (I was allocated). But, if I (I should say, my brother) calls (& we will), I may get more. Good relationship.

Good relationship huh. Have you tried to get any Vinocellar participation out of them? After all, it seems like they have some of the most talked about wines here.

If you want more Jackass TCK I am going to pass on a couple of bottles that were allocated to me. You need to make it a balanced buy and offset with a few other Martinelli wines.

Jones,

I think that it is in my best interest to bite the bullet and spend my money on the full allocation and just hope that next year they bump me up. I'll buy a few G&L's to hold me over, they seem to be a good substitute. Thanks for the offer.

Jones,

Is this offer exclusive to TCK.

I'm easy, close, and would love some. Balanced purchase; no problem.

No its not. One person already pm'd me about it. I only have a coupl of Jackasses I don't want. If he doesn't take them all I will PM you. Los Gatos is cool - my offsite cellar is in Menlo Park.
