Received a mailer yesterday from Lokoya. They are offering me the 1999 Diamond Mountain and Howell Mountain for $120.00 per 750ml. Anyone had any of their wines? Should I go for it? Suggestions welcome and appreciated!

I bought all the wines in 95, 96, and 97. I should have stopped with 96, because the wines just have not been worth the money in the last few years. I got the same offer yesterday in the mail. I plan on crashing the release day party in January and get some tastes of the 99 vintage. A few years ago every September when they released the Lokoya they had an invitation only tasting where you could taste current, and future bottlings of the different wines and judge for yourself. They have done away with that since the 97 release.

I'm not buying the 99s. If you are interested, you can purchase the six pack I am passing on. The six pack is at wholesale price so you would save at least $20 a bottle.
