I have the following wines available. The prices listed are per bottle. Please add $2.50 per bottle for my shipping cost from Turley and 7.75% sales tax to the bottle cost. All of the foregoing costs are straight off the mailer. Obviously, the cost of shipping the wine from my cellars to yours (if necessary) is additional:

17 Bottles of Turley 2001 Zinfandel Juveniles (a young vines blend from Hayne, Moore, Duarte, Pesenti, and Turley Estate - the 2001 is not hyet rated by Parker. The 2000 received a 90 from RP) $20.

18 Bottles of Turley Old Vines Zinfandel 2001 (2001 not rated. Parker rated the 2000 as a 91) $25.

People who have previously expressed interest in Turley get priority in the case if ties. Delivery to occur in mid April. I can deliver by hand to NYC in early May.

I received my mailer yesterday. I usually get my allocation sooner than most (I have been on the list since the first vintage, 1993)

10 bottles of Old Vines have been sold already. 6 bottles of Juveniles are sold as well. Please post a response here or send me a PM if you are interested. I am holding back some for people who have already expressed an interest.

All of the old vines have been taken. Five bottles of Juveniles remain available. I have been adding a few bottles of single vineyards to people's orders to round them out. The single vineyards are also at my cost. Let me know if anyone else is interested.

LCC- we got ours on Monday, (less than 1/3 the allocation of Jones), but we've only been on list for about 5-6 yrs. Will prob. take it all- offered 15 bottles total, a few of the single vineyard Zins allocated (just one bottle each) and some Old Vine and Juvenile, which we were allocated more of. It must take forever to work up that list...!

Well then, like I said that I haven' t seen my list yet. I have been on the List, also, only 5-6 years. I hope I was offered more so I can share (some people already expressed interest). If I wasn't offered a good amount, that would not be good...

Actually I got 84 bottles allocated to me in total (less than last year which is a little surprising). I am only selling off the previously mentioned 35 bottles plus another mixed case of single vineyards. I never sell the Petits and Charbonos. They must have had a tough Charbono crop in 2001 because I only got 4 bottles this time (which is a bummer because I love that stuff)

LCC- our allocation of 15 bottles total was a little less than last time, so maybe there is less wine avail to go around this time?
Although 15 or so bottles 2x a yr. is fine w/ us! Its hard to keep up w/ all the mailers, esp. this time of the year, as the mailbox should start seeing many more soon..

jazin,
Do you think it's less to go around, or a larger, more robust mailing list???

Its less to go around. I have always received an increase in my allocation every year save for this one.

Thats what I think too, I usually get a small bump each mailer.

Everyone who pm'd me a request order can be filled (I added some vineyard designates as well for everyone who requested them). My computer crashed while I was allocating all of the charges. I hope to get a chance to recreate the allocation over the long weekend. Sorry for the delay.
