| I believe I saw a previous thread on this. Try a search as I may be mistaken for the 2000. I tried the 2000 and thought it was very nice but not great. I recall Bressler had an opinion in there to the positive side. Being I have a full cellar and not much dough I will pass. | | | |

| I just got this as well, although I believe Bressler got this mailer a few weeks ago?
People on the East Coast have already had this in stores for a while now and some notes have been posted... I'm still on the fence.

| I had it at a dinner party up at the winery. The 2001 is a very hedonistic wine. Big and powerful with sweet fruit and nice balance. I recommend buying a few. | | | |

| I bought a few of these earlier this year after trying one. This is a very fruit forward wine with good structure to evolve for a few years. | | | |

| I liked this wine as well. The 02 from barrel is probably better imo. | | | |

| thanks bro.
i started noticing that i am about 1 1/2 years into my self induced price points for wine, which has left me with a whole lot of pinot, zin & syrah, but i am now lacking in the cab area and felt that wasn't such a terrible price, comparitively....i should be shot for the consideration...

| Wine library has the '02 on sale for $52.99.... Mailing list is already being undercut only 2 + weeks after being issued.... not a good sign. I wish WL would ship to New Hampshire..... | | Mike Coutu Addicted to Wine | |

| Actually, to be picky, they have it for $51.99.
Still 20% higher than the $39.99 they sold the 01 for last spring.
By the way... that's NOT a knock on Wine Library. They are selling at 20% below the winery retail.
