2005 St. Urbans-Hof Riesling QbA - Germany, Mosel Saar Ruwer, Mosel (8/12/2006)
WIML88,NOWA,NOWS

Tasted August 12, 2006 at a retail tasting. Served in a Reidel Restaurant Magnum glass. Light yellow color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Nose of mushroom (weird), diesel (expected) and some tropical fruits. Flavors of sweet cherries, lemon drops and pineapple. Medium acidity with light to medium body. Drink over the short to medium term. Based on my local retail price of $11.04 I’d say the value here is recommended. (88 pts.)
