Pretty much everything Donnhoff makes ages well. Even the Estate QbA has a good 5-10 years in it. That said, I do not really advocate laying down the Estate QbA or Leistenberg Kabinett. I find that the kabinett gets overly herbal with cellar time, without a lot of positive devleopment.
Now as for Donnhoff spatlese...that's another matter. But you'll have to look in that therad for the answer. | | | |
