Refreshing and delightful. Fruity nose of lime, apple, bosch pear, citrus, ripe banana, and a tinge of grapefruit. Bright acidity and pleasantly off-dry on the palate, ending with a long finish of bitter-sweet grapefruit. Fresh rock/slate mineral on the nose. Light and fleeting with a bit of spritz. Superb and classic, although a bit pricey.

| | I love theese when they're young. I agree completely with your description of refreshing. Ever sip one right after coming in from the golf course when it's hot? My wife loves them like that. | | | |
