We had our fourth and final bottle of this wine at The French Manor in the Poconos with vanilla cake with raspberry coulis. Some of you have had this wine with us. I brought it to the Syrah/Shiraz offline in NJ several years ago. I also sent a bottle of this to Dick Bonder.

The color was a light gold indicating the youthful taste that was to come. It had a beautiful nose of anise and sweet berries with a little honey in the background. On the palate, the wine was simply delicious with copious wild grape flavors. It's great sweetness was well balanced by the wine's acidity. 95
