"This wine comes from the grayish-reddish Ruländer grape [called Pinot Gris in the U.S.] It provides for stronger alcohol and lower acidity. Well suited for cellaring. The 2002 turned out especially well with impressive aromas of dried fruits like pears. Hints of candied orange peel. On the palate it is like an entire basket of fruits; fresh, with a lot of melt and vibrating acidity which integrates with the alcohol perfectly. High cellar potential. We bottled this wine in June. We bottle this wine every year in June." -Vintner Erwin Tschermonegg

I was asked on one of my other tasting notes to include the price of the bottle, so I am now doing this for all of my TN's.

This bottle retails for: $15.00
