| I bought a mixed half case of Loring Pinot Noirs recently including the Durrell, Clos Pepe and Brosseau. Have tried none. Am planning to prepare a nice duck breast salad for me and the Mrs tonight before I hit the road on business (again!, 3rd week in a row). If anyone has tried these recently and has an opinion on which might be drinking best right now it would be appreciated. | | | |

| | Thanks MM. Already decanting the Brosseau, though. Will try to post notes. | | | |

| I assume you're talking about 2004.
If so you made a good choice IMO. How was it? | | | |

| | Sorry David. Yes, these are from the 04 vintage. The Brosseau was good, but seemed a little clumsy last night. The flavor profile was very pleasing, but seemed somewhat chunky and primary. Decant time was 1 hr. I will hold my remaining bottle of this for another year or two. | | | |
