No, actually the Mexican wines that I have had are considerably better than those we have here. Seriously.

Most Mexican wines come from the Guadalupe Valley, just off the coast. Their conditions are not so dissimilar from parts of CA and when they get a bit more sophisticated production techniques and savier winemakers, look out.

Just as a side note, I thought that I would point out that there are more TN section posts in Spain and Germany sections (the new kids on the block) than in France-Rhone and France-Other.
