So I was at Whole Foods the other week and saw that they had quail eggs. Intrigued, I called Mrs. TJ to see if we could think of something to do with them. We opted not to get any since that was the weekend of our great Lobster Bisque experiment.
But it got me thinking, what exactly would I do with quail eggs at home? How would I use them? Got any ideas? C'mon Corkage, I know you have some idea up your sleeve, eh?
