| Thanks so much, jazin, I'm really looking forward to this. I don't see the need to uncork the wine beforer dinner. I'll try to bring the dessert wine on ice. | | | |

| Jazin,
You had also said that each person needs to bring three wine glasses.
I need help from someone, I only have 2 Vinium Bordeaux/Cab glasses. Does anyone have an extra that I could borrow? If not, it's not a big deal, I have very nice glasses that I can use in a pinch - just not crystal.
Also, I have bad news. I take full responsibility for passing onto my wife one of the worst colds I have ever had. (she nursed me back and this is how I repay her) She is very sick and seriously doubts that she will be able to attend the dinner. She is very disappointed and so am I.
Anyway, I look forward to meeting you all tomorrow.

| We sometimes use our insulated 2 bottle wine bags- or the box the glasses came in- but we just bought a Reidel wine glass carrier at Flemington Cut Glass. | | | |

| In honor of (and mostly because I'm jealous that can't be there tonight) I've decided to open a bottle of '99 Martinelli Jackass Hill.
Tonight I have about 35 people coming over to celebrate birthdays for my two sons. I'm hording the Jackass Hill for me and one more undecided person. The rest will get Vitiano.
I look forward to reading the TN's.

Any bets?
My guess is it will NOT be Board-o. | | | www.roguefood.com -- www.cellartracker.com

| It was TCK, Tyee, and Board-O who drank the spit bucket last night. :-) Tyee even chugged a big glass! I was indeed very impressed.
I'm waiting for the SB (spit bucket) TNs!! | | | If you drink wine, you get smarter....

| A BLAST (as usual). Had a great time. Lots of laughs. The Jazins did a Great job running this thing. Everybody was having fun, talking, laughing. I don't think there was 2 minutes where some conversation did not take place.
The Food was Excellent, as usual.
The VINO, some very GOOD Wines. Excellente!!!
And, very nice to meet 1st time attendees (bottomfisher & rjs & TCK). Hope to see you guys every time.
Thank You, all.
P.S.: Waiting for the Pictures. But, NOT the 1 where I am kissing Mr. Jazin...PLEASE!!!
And man, watch those Zins...baby!
