Was that the "You're number one" finger in French?

Dressy/Casual... if there is such a thing
Mr J will prob wear pants and a button down shirt, I may wear blk jeans or suede pants w/ a sweater. Nice casual/but comfortable, I guess!
Look at the Dec Grenache pictures on the Vinocellar home page and you'll see what people were wearing last time.
The line-up of wines is done and looks great!
This will be lots of fun!!

On the Grenache-pictures, Mr. J looks like he was very close to stripping (check my comments)? How about this time around?

On another note: I have 2 more willing victims (my brother) that want to Join the revelry. If there is any "open" space, please let me know. If Yes, I will let you know how to contact him to coordinate the Wine(s). Thank You.

Sorry, the dinner is currently at capacity. If anything changes, I will let you know. Revlis had asked earlier, too.

I predict this will be one of our all-time greats with nary a disappointment in the line-up. There's a lot of great Zins being made.

I am very excited about the line-up!
We'll have to be careful, some of these wines are pretty high in alcohol!
----------------------------
Do't forget everyone, try to brown bag your wine, otherwise, I have been collecting wine bags, so will have enough if we need them!

Who is she and was she drinking or smelling the wine? What was the wine? Did she have to finish it?

there is a link posted by Revlis half way down....

Yes its wine Board-O...High quality...I don’t suggest that you smell it before you take a sip...No need to finish it...just a small sip will do...she is Jamie, Petey's girl friend...she had a sip...and enjoyed it...

Request: Of the attendees... If any one has extra Wine-boxes (12-packs, 6-packs, 3-packs) that they do Not need, I would appreciate some. Usually I have a lot of these. But, my brother is moving & using everything we have to pack the Wines. Thank You.

LCC - I got all you need, if your stopping by Sat I'll let the guys know your picking some up. I can set aside some 4-liter boxes for ya (sturdy, they worked great for my move, unless your moving wine also, then I can set some 12's & 6's aside too)

Let me know...

Yes, thank you. I do need the 12's & 6's (to store Wine) that I have no space anymore. Have a few months (before summer) to figure out what to do next. Thank You.

To all ZIN DINNER Attendees:
We are all set! If anyone has any special food requests, the restaurant said no problem... they will take care of that when we get there w/ other choices, chicken fish, etc...
Please bring your wine in brown bags if you have them, otherwise I have a bunch from a wine shop that I am bringing and will have plenty of extras. If you can, uncork then re-cork your bottles before you leave for the dinner. Then we should be ready to go as soon as we get there since we are starting late.
We have 11 Zins- will start w/ flight of 2 as soon as we sit down, then 3 w/ the app, 3 w/ the salad and 3 w/ the entree. Plus we have several dessert wines to try after. I am bringing tasting notes sheets and will have a list at the end of the night of all the wines w/ RP and/or winery tasting notes. Bring a pen if you want to take notes.
If you need directions to Aquila, go to aquilarestaurant.com.
Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow night at 8:30!!
