Everyone OK with the wine? Any questions? (No donations needed for food, just put the donation towards the quality of wine you are bringing!) RawRed will be most appreciative. | | | If you drink wine, you get smarter....

| Are you going to tell the cost there?
I EMailed Enoselsa. Heard nothing from him. So far, I assume he is out. Unless, he contacts me or someone else.

| Hello All, The night will still be on but we need a change of venue. Turns out Friday night isn't a good night for ojeffso to play host to us all. I already have a deposit in on the catering so I'd prefer to still host it somewhere. While I"m looking into where we may be able to go, does anyone have any suggestions? If it doesn't work out we would still do a traditional Tre Vigne dinner. Definitely must send RawRed on his way appropriately.... (with a swift kick!) hehehe | | | If you drink wine, you get smarter.... | |

| So we're each bringing one bottle (per person) of anything European? And we're not worrying about matching wines so they'll be enough for all to taste, right? | | | |

| STW, Yes. Now we currently have 11 people committed. I think we can still get away with having just one bottle of each wine.

| LOL STW. Read about 4 posts up... Turns out Friday is not a good evening for ojeffso to play host to us. I'm now looking for alternatives. | | | If you drink wine, you get smarter.... | |

| I thought that I was bringing the 6 bottles of German wines that GATC let me keep to taste? | | | |

| Gotcha Rev. I'm too lazy to read all 60 posts (or whatever) when all I really need is one or two.
I'll put my thinking cap on as to where to go!

| lcc, I thought you were going to bring two (the free ones), plus a red?
I just don't see 11 people getting through 6 whites.
About the dinner, I'm thinking of just finding a restaurant. we'll see though. | | | If you drink wine, you get smarter....

| I don't know when Raw is leaving, but it is unlikely I will see him before he goes.
The Tannins want to wish him the best.

| Ok, so here is the new plan:
We are having a real dinner at TRE VIGNE, the 'ol standby that always works out so well it seems.
TRE VIGNE
Friday, 8pm
Reservations for 12 people, this can be adjusted. Cost will be about the same as always.
Since LCC has those way cool freebie Rieslings, I don't think we'll need anymore whites.. otherwise, just one bottle a person with the European theme.
Sound good? I'm always up for suggestions.

| Jazin,
No need. This is just a chance for us wine drinking folk to get together, have some laughs, drink some wine, and give Mike a sob story about how we'll miss him. hehe.
You always bring something great anyway.

| Hey, I probably have to skip. Just a crazy weekend. Sunday's event looks like will require a good amount of $. And, cannot skip it. Sorry folks. Tried to fit it in, but just too much. + New Orleans cost a pretty penny... | | | |
