| Alrighty then! Looks like this should definitely happen...
I'm currently thinking of a weekend other than President's Day weekend as it seems a couple people who are interested can't make it to Vegas that weekend.
Who can make it the weekend before? Feb 10-11 ??
If it's a wash, then President's Day weekend it would be, which is Feb 17-18. | | | If you drink wine, you get smarter....

| If it is Vegas, count me in. But President's weekend is way over crowded in LV. And here. | | | |

| Suppose that means the airports and everything else will be a mess... I'm really starting to prefer the weekend before...
Thoughts? | | | If you drink wine, you get smarter....

| Can't do the 10th/11th. Sorry.
I think the choice has to be either:
A) A tourist destination (like Vegas) on a non-holiday weekend; or
B) A non-tourist destination...at least in February...on the holiday weekend. (Thinking Philly, Dallas, Austin, Chicago, Memphis).
Choice "A" will help avoid crowds, while choice "B" might make it easier for people to attend. | | | Beta testing a new signature.

| Just to throw something out - If enough people could fly down to Austin either weekend I would make sure this is a rocking good time. No guarantees on the weather but it would be warmer than the Northeast. It could be 40 degrees or 75 or both. Check out the map in the link below as Austin is smack in the middle of the country. List of direct flights to/from Austin: Direct flights Austinites have really been working the JetBlue flights to JFK as they are reasonably priced. It would be nice to get some of the West Coasters to attend. | | | |

| I'm happy with whatever will get the max number of people with the max amount of imbibeme.... I mean.. enjoyment.
Any other ideas? Then we can throw it for a vote of some sort. See what people prefer out of say three different choices? | | | If you drink wine, you get smarter....

| I would be interested in Austin, but I'm a little more interested in Vegas. I would do either location, as I'm more interested in the people that will be there.
I agree with Brad, it would be great to to meet the West Coast VCers.

| I like that better than the geographic center of the contiguous (lower) 48 states which is about four miles west of Lebanon, Kansas, at 98°35' West 39°50' North.
or the geographic center of the 50 states.
