| now for what wines to bring? i was thinking(uh oh)...instead of everyone bringing different wines where some people do not even get a chance to sample, why don't we make our efforts so that we have only 10-12(or so) total different wines but multiple bottles. that way everyone could sample everything, noone's taste buds are overwhelmed, and we could really even have a full glass of any certain wine if we desired so..?? whadda ya think? | | | |

| Have a great time guys. Wish I could be there. The food at Pinot Brasserie was excellent when I was there last year.
We could sure use some more West Coasters in NYC in Oct. Let me know if anyone can make it.
I had that Baumard Quarts de Chaume. You're gonna love it.

| Pinot Brasserie was excellent, we were treated like royalty! I would love to do another event here, I think we now have some Pinot Brasserie groupies in our corner as the entire wait-staff had an enjoyable evening!

| Let's hear the dirt! Did anyone dance on the tables with lampshades? Did anyone go face first into their desert? Who drank the most wine? What wines were served? Come on let's hear/see it. | | | |

| Let me start by telling you what we did wrong! #1- Friday night, the first night--not a good idea for an all night poker game! I think HDW came out the winner! And I only got yelled at once for folding my hand out of turn! But seriously, we really burnt ourselves out way too early! #2- what happens in Vegas....stays in Vegas! #3- I remember everything...is that a good thing? What does everyone think...late next June!? | | | |

| If you remember everything, how about a complete wine list. I tried in the "what have you been drinking lately" thread and faltered somewhat. | | | |

| I do remember a quote, which I will add to my list of all time favorites:
"All I need is a miniskirt and a cocktail and I'm ready to go."
