You are on your own. There is no "bird" in my moniker. I don't intend to attempt flight off of a platform probably run by someone who used to work at 7-11. You can die from judgemental errors like that.

The final word on rates is $85.00 per night at the RIO--- this is a geat price!
If you are thinking about booking a room shoot me a PM and I will give you the details..and remember..
it is easier to cancel than it is to get a last minute reservation!

The deposit is in!
For groups of 10 or more Pinot Brasserie req's a $500 deposit so...it is real--for me anyway
This is the menu and the cost will be approx $110 including tax and gratuity-
I explained the v-gan quandry on WS-- not to be repetative but basically, let me know if you require a v-gan selection and you will be happily accommodated.

Cold Starter
Endive salad with Watercress, carmelized walnuts, Roquefort cheese and shaved pear
or
Smoked Salmon roulade with citrus marinated haricots verts and caviar

Warm Starter
Lobster bisque with Armagnac creme fraiche and lobster medallions
or
Seared foie gras with mini parsnip blinis and pickled red cherries

Entree
Rotisserie chicken with creamy onions and Pinot garlic fries
or
Free range New Zealand grilled rib-eye, roasted shallots, potatoes and wild mushrooms
or
Double cut lamb chops with fingerling potatoes, ramps and rosemary lamb au jus*

Dessert
Tahitian Vanilla creme brulee
or
Souffle au chocolat with a raspberry coulis

now...I need someone more creative than I to name this event to be printed on our menus!

*when one is discussng lamb chops and fingerling potatoes---what the heck are ramps?

Ramps are a cross between a green onion and garlic. Found in large quantities in the Appalachian states (especially my homestate of West Virginia), they have annual RAMP FESTIVALS thoughout the region in the late spring. They give off a strong aroma. But they are quite good when used to cook with.

For more info, look here--->>>Wild Leeks and Ramps

Hope this helps.

tbird: Nope. They are a class unto themselves. Trust me. A lot more spice than a scallion.

TJ,
Ther's almost too strong a temptation to say something like...

The Pinot that We Know will be at Vino.... Las Vegas! (not Reno).
