| We could also do the 27th, 26th and 25th. It'd be ideal if jaimetown could attend so if the date needs to change that would be cool with me. | | | www.roguefood.com -- www.cellartracker.com | |

| How about the 27th (Thursday)? Could we do this? Maybe we can have two tables at Palena (kind of like what we did at Komi). | | | |

| We don't have to go to Palena if it becomes a problem. Other places are just fine. Thanks for organizing this, Jamietown.
Cheers, Doc | | | |

Ok, so far we've got 8 folks - Palena is out since our party size is too big for the event - what do you guys think about the following options:
Dino (for Italian) Rasika (Indian) Lavandou (French) Mendecino Wine Bar and Grill (California) Sushiko (sushi)
I'm also open to other options too - I've been superbusy with my new job, so I apologize for being scarce on vinocellar these days. | | | |

| JT...
I have no problem with any of the suggestions that you mentioned but I'd prioritize them as follows...
Dino...I haven't been there and have heard good things about the place. Sushiko...it's been quite a while since we went to Kaz Sushi Bistro and we had a good time pairing champagne with the sushi. Rasika...I love Indian food but don't know this one and would be interested in trying it. Mendocino Grille....been there a bunch of times but the others are more interesting to me. Lavandou....no specific reason for last place but I guess I like the other options better.
Not that my ranking should determine what we do for Doc but I'm open to them all....

| I am having difficulty pulling away from work lately (better after Aug. 9), but if we start pairing sushi with Champagne, then count me in. I attended the last Doc event (sans Doc!). | | | |

| Would love to join Doc and the gang, but will be tied up that evening with a work function. Work gets in the way yet again. | | | "We are the Hokies!" | |

| Open to all ideas that JT came up with. My top two choices in no particular order would be Dino and Sushiko.
Dave, look forward to seeing you again. I hope you can make it. Yes, the last one at Palena was sans Doc.
Marty, sorry to be missing you. Tell the Mrs. and the kids that we say hello.
Corkage, there is room, and I look forward to seeing you again. How is the family?
