Potato and onion fritatta with a bit of aged Gouda on top melted under the broiler....

We had to eat that because we got too impatient waiting for the braised short ribs we're making in the other oven. We'll save those for tomorrow after we get back from the Inaugural RogueFood Meet-Up at Joe's Noodle House tomorrow afternoon.

that could be one of my favorite combo's(substitute brussel sprouts for broccoli every now and then).
