Why ruin a good burger? Put the tomato in a salad.

it compliments, not distracts. it's not like it's jalapeno mustard or wasabi mayonaisse....

There are so many great ways to do burgers:
tonight (for our 15th anniversary dinner)
we grilled antelope burgers
topped with leaf lettuce, thinly sliced red onion, +1 thin slice tomato, kaiser roll with a gorgonzola eggplant spread

Grilled Onion Rings and Kettle Chips

and a 2002 Bressler that's been open and waiting all afternoon and is absolutely luscious
In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. In practice, there is... .ps - friends don't let friends eat farmed salmon.

I had a cowboy burger this weekend...it sucked, didn't have the texture of ground beef

Out of all the burgers I've had (including kobe burgers), the best one is the sirloin burger with just bun, cheese, mayo, and ketchup. (Meat was frozen patties from Costco)

We had "Bubba Burgers" brand this weekend. You can find them in the frozen food section. Pretty darn good. But nothing beats a Kobe burger!
