| I'm a libra and all, balance is a big thing to me. You can tell by the way I like to keep a girl on each side I enjoy a good fruit bomb from time to time as well, but still really crave that balance. I'll throw Pam dollars if I'm at the nudie club, but I'm still probably not gonna invite her home to the cellar. | | Paul Romero - Owner/Winemaker Stefania Wine www.stefaniawine.com | |

| Had this last night. Really liked it. Not to the tune of 96 points. But, glad I have some. | | | |

| Had some of this friday night and thought it was wonderful. Just as good if not better than the '01. Glad I picked up a few of these also. I think the one I tasted had been decanted for about 2 hours , not sure if it was opened before arriving at the tasting. | | | |

| Recently scored a case of the 9, but based on the above notes, I will let it sit a while, especially since I still have a supply of the 2001 left.

| what i had last night was not on par with a bottle i tasted in may. last nights wine was in the 92 point range. i actually preferred the 2001 parsons flat to this.
i believe the bottle variation of the marquis philips wines are becoming legendary. | | | |

| Eric, the wine was not decanted but the bottle was opened for about 1.5 hours before drinking... | | | |

| While this wine was very good, I have to say it is a step down from the '01 and a pretty sizable step at that. I felt this wine was way too hot and out of balance. Lots of fruit but it was not concealing the alcohol well. I can't see this wine cracking 90 pts for me the way it showed last night. Now, if I had a Sparky hand-picked bottle, then maybe. jb | | | |

| Yea, this seemed hot and disjointed... I'm hoping time will bring this bottle together. Time is quickly helping the '01 in my opinion. Still very enjoyable for me.. I'm just glad I had food in my stomach when I drank this.. otherwise I'd have a big ulcer I'm sure. | | | If you drink wine, you get smarter.... | |

| I'm a little more optimistic about this wine. I think it needed a lot more air time. Disjointed, yes, but time should allow that wine to meld. The backbone is there. | | | |

| Thanks for the note Board-O. I was hoping someone would chime in about the effects of letting this sit in the bottle for a while! | | | |

| I tried my first 2002 on Friday. It decanted for approx. 13 hours prior to drinking. It was good, but my tastes must be changing because neither this or the S2 struck me like they did last year. They are almost too sweet for me now. | | | |

| It was too sweet. I agree. No doubt. I want to give this some time also. I like to age my Wines anyway. I paid $33.00 for this Wine. For that price, it's a keeper (for me). | | | |
