Pale straw, fine, active mousse. Med plus nose of lemon, wetstones, brioche, green apples and hints of honey and yeast. Medium bodied, medium plus intensity and medium plus acidity.More green apples, stones and citrus on the palate with buttered toast. Very focused with great balance. Recommended. | | | |

Tasted July 21, 2007. No formal notes. Consistent with previous bottles. Light yellow color in the glass, clear hue throughout with a nice mousse. Nose of pears, yellow apples and a touch of brioche. Flavors of yellow apples, pears, citrus fruits and a little minerality. Medium acidity and body. Drink or hold. Tasted June 11, 2008 at an offline.
Opened and served immediately. Light yellow color in the glass, clear hue throughout with a light and fine everessence. Slightly tight on the nose yielding some notes of talc, yellow apple and a touch of vanilla. Flavors of apples, lemon and a bit of berries on the medium finish. Medium to bright acidity, medium body. Drink over the short term, maybe medium. I'm not sure when this was acquired but it seems like a newer release to me.
