California has too much of a head start for this list to ever change too much.  Burgundy is making some headway though.

USA - 56.69%,
France - 34.60%
    Burgundy 16.68%
    Bordeaux 7.19%
    Rhône 5.76%
    Champagne 2.44%
Portugal - 2.71%
Australia - 2.07%
Spain - 1.25%
Italy - 1.11%
Germany - 0.99%

How did I get all of these Italian wines?

Checking in just before the end of the year:

By varietal Pinot Noir is almost 30% (Burgs and Cali).  From this I see two areas I'm going to concentrate on:  Spain and Italy (non-Nebbiolo).

 Burgundy  20.59%
 Champagne  16.58%
 Bordeaux 13.62%
 Rhône 6.55%
 Other 1.38%

USA 24.39%  ^^KB helped this rise - the effect of the "54"
 California 19.01%
 Washington 3.70%
 Oregon  1.48%
 Other .22%

Italy  11.72%  vv  We drink a lot of these so time to restock
 Piedmont 8.03%
 Tuscany 3.06%
 Other .64%

Other (Germany, Spain, etc.) - 5.18%  vv

Winetex, I'm very jealous of the Champagne 16.58% - mine is 4.5%. If it was up to my wife, it would be about 60%!

Mine is growing but it grows really slow when you keep drinking everything you buy.  I'm up to 1.74%.  10% is my target.

Clearly I have a problem in this regard. I was stuck at 12% for a long time but with the fall deliveries it increased. Love the stuff.

... I have let my inventory get SERIOUSLY out of date.

My best guess is:

US 35%
Italy 30%
France 20%
S.Amer 10%
other 5%

I think. What would I do differently - more inexpensive cases of drinkers.....

Dave - your France is growing (this sounds dirty, snicker).   All that 2005 Burgundy...

Hmmm, I must be compensating for something....Â

Yes, it is!  I have 200 bottles slated for auction, which should reduce California's lead a bit.  2005 Burgundy, hell Burgundy in general, has taken its toll.  I passed on the Hospices 2007 Burgundy so there is hope for me.
