Now, exactly how many bottles/cases are each person's top 5 holding and that would be a truly telly stat when organizing the top list by total bottle/case count.

Well I will tell you how many bottles are allocated to my top 1 (Donnhoff): 209

That should hold me for a couple of weeks.

Bottle count:

Rosenblum - 70
d'arenberg - 61
Hartford Court (mostly Zin. & Chard.) - 59
Chateau Dauzac - 41
Catena (all kinds) - 23

I pared down to 5 and upon final count, had more Catena than I thought.

Donnhoff (48)
Quilceda Creek (46)
J. Leitz (43)

Note that, of the Germans, only about four bottles are Kabinett or lower, the rest are Spatlese & higher pradikat.
Cheers, y'all

I'm even more impressed with the statistical precision of the forum.

Now I need Seek to organize and Bressler to analyze.....

Just started cellaring wines in the last 4 months or so. I also have a lot of German Rieslings, but no more than 3 bottles of each estate.
