I've always enjoyed this wine in the past - their DRY Pedro Ximenez is a cool experience as well.

| I'm spooked by some of the price increases on my favorite champagnes (some done already but some in the pipeline...):
1998 Taittinger Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs Comtes de Champagne - this is very good champagne that will drink before the 96s.
2002 Taittinger Champagne Brut Millésimé - taking Saut's word on this one; it is reasonably priced vintage bubbly
