Hi...what does it mean when they say a wine is showing a little forward ??????

I would not use the verb "showing" but when one says a wine is forward that means the wine on a relative basis is more approachable than the norm. A wine that is backward is on a relative basis less approachable than the norm (i.e. expected).

And then they say a wine is fruit forward.... but that definition is more obvious.
