| If I wasn't banned  over there I'd post that very few have had the resources or opportunity to try enough different vintages from the top wineries around the world to even be actively or intelligently involved in a "Greatest Wine in the World" discussion so if the guy wants to make that pronouncement, more power to him. It certainly sounds like he has the experience. It is sort of like saying the Beatles are the greatest band ever but not thinking "Michelle" is a better song than Zeppelin's "Stairway to Heaven." | |

| Good post by Meadows - I think he has a future as a diplomat if he so chooses.
I'm sure RC is probably one of the greatest wines of the world, and that this guy drinks some incredible wines that 95% of us will never will get the chance to try - the issue I think is really the millionaire wine drinker saying "hey, the best wine in the world is prohibitively expensive, I have tried it many times, and even though most of you will never get a chance to try it, take my word for it. I drink it often."
