I'm not sure of the $$ for this one but my sense was that it was expensive - over $50??
- 2004 Rudd Chardonnay Bacigalupi Vineyard - USA, California, Sonoma County, Russian River Valley (5/3/2008)
Medium gold color; Lots of butterscotch and toast aromas and flavors; no overt fruitiness. A rather structured Chardonnay with a medium oak treatment. Seemed a bit ponderous with fairly low acid. Long finish and perhaps a challenging food match. (89 pts.)
