Has anyone tried this?  I shared a bottle the other night with a friend who has been buying from them for a few years.  We tried the Comptche Ridge.  Classic pinot, great nose straight out of the bottle and very balanced.  Also, I liked it because the alcohol content was below 14%.  Some of the big pinots are just too hot and tough to drink more than a glass.
 
I bought some as the prices were reasonable.  
 
Anyone have any experience with this vineyard?

I tried several of their wines at Pinot Days at was extremely impressed. How good were the wines? Well, if they ever make enough wine so that there's some to sell through retail I'll be begging for an allocation for my shop.

I have dropped almost all of my California Pinot lists, but I bought 4 bottles of the Abbey-Harris and 2 bottles of the Demuth last month to try them out.  The combination of ex-WS folks and rave reviews from Alan Meadows were enough to tip me over the edge.

I've had a 2004 Anthill-Demuth Pinot and it was very good. Wades Wines usually carries these.

I have thoroughly been impresses with ALL of their pinot noir efforts. Always a buy for me.
