As you may have noticed, I've just implemented a new editor.  It is supposed to be fast, and very compatible with more browsers.  Please let me know if you have any issues.

The emoticons on the right are gone, but you can use the ones in the toolbar above.

There is also a "quote" button on the bottom toolbar, on the right, to insert quotes, as such:

Here is a new quote.

There is also an integrated spellchecker for any browser....     just click on the "abc" icon.

I'll pin this post, just for a little while.  Reply below with issues.  Later, I may move this post to a more appropriate section.

The only issue I know of right now is the "PREVIEW" button at the bottom doesn't seem to work... I'm working on a fix.
HOWEVER, you can use the "Preview" tab near the bottom of the editor.

Hope you enjoy the new editor, and I also hope it works better for everyone.

Enjoy!

lol, I think it is a dog. I just grabbed something from SFGate.com's "day in pictures" feature.  Of course, I like this dog better:
Hummmm, it wouldn't post the pic of my pup , said "Script Removed")

I haven't changed permissions to posts... changing the editor wouldn't change that either. I'll double check though.... let me know which forum you were having a problem with.

You should only be able to delete your own post of course...

Yep, working fine for this forum.

Is there any way we can also be able to edit the title of the posts?

Yea, that'd be nice, but not currently.

Let's work on that.  I forgot to put in the name of the retailer I was writing about in a Retailer Report post. People will actually have to read my post to find out who I was talking about.

I'm in Firefox now. First post:  So far go good.

Gotta run right now though.  Gotta find a couple cases of vino to dump down misc. throats for that silly football game this afternoon.

Let's see...  Do I take them Harlan...  or do I take them Silver Oak?
