First course: Zinfandel Poached Pear Salad, Our Proprietary Mixed Lettuce Salad
Soup: Sonoma “Country” Onion Soup, Cream of Curried Butternut Squash Soup
Main: Grilled “Star Ranch” Filet of Beef, Roasted Maple Glazed “Marble Hill” Pork Chop
Dessert: German Chocolate Meltdown, White Chocolate Pumpkin Cheesecake

I'm struggling a bit as I'll be flying in Friday morning, so I'll have to bring something that has a chance at showing well after the flight and drive. Definately something on the youngish side ... I also have to remember something for the "warm up" before the dinner ... | | | |

| Hi David, I'll incorporate your choices. The menu will be set tomorrow...the person at John Ash was off work today. Unless somebody posts between now and tomorrow morning, you can plan on the top vote recipients to be the menu. Looks like the Pork Chop won 2nd prize. Gotta figure out what to do with our one vegetarian. Hopefully they'll allow one substitution.

| I was thinking Cab as well ... don't want to OD on Pinot Noir ... although I'm sure we will on Saturday, anyway. I'll probably bring a Chardonnay, too.
If I remember correctly, we're paying for a minumum of 30 bottles corkage. I'm not sure what the final head count is, but it looks like 17 people voted for their selections. | | | |
