| A first for me, a N.Z. Syrah. Purple core, low nose of white pepper, leather, smoke and roasted meat. Full body, moderate complexity, medium acidity and tannin. Currant, cinnamon, spice, plum and black currants. Long length and finish, balanced. With a little more complexity and structure, this would have fooled me as a No. Rhone. 90pts.
