For those who have never had Nacional (and all of my experiences have been at the generosity of DRAB) it may come as a shock that it is actually just about the lightest Port there is. What is so awesome is that it manages to marry such incredibly complex medium-colored fruits and a simply medium-full bodied mouthfeel to such extrodinary power. This was no exception and I LOVED almost everything about this wine -- but it actually had a little VA on the nose which upset me just a bit. We didn't finish the bottle and I hope that VA blew off and DRAB comments that once it did te wine stayed as extrodinary as it otherwise was. Even if it didn't, this wine is a real treat. When I was tasting it: 94

I can't listen to that much Wagner. I start getting the urge to conquer Poland.

Awesome note!  I had this at the Quinta and it is a great Vintage Port.  Thanks for another data point!
