| | This wine is fermented and aged in new French oak, and very different from the unoaked version. It had a moderately strong nose of pears and oak. This has the intense acdidity of the unoaked version with just a little bit of its minerality. There are nice flavors of honeyed grapefruit and pears. The wine clearly showed better with the food than by itself. 85 | | | |
