There are lots of new features in the new forum software...

If you've found one you like, please list it here so we all know about it!

I'll start... When replying to the post, look for the "quote" button.

"Memorized" Names in the Address Book are no longer in alphabetical order. How to put it back to alphabetical order? Thank You.

That's not a new feature you like! That's a bug!

Not sure how to. I'll see if their support knows what to do.

I love the "+" and "-" collapsing function to navigate the major forum sections -- ingenious!

The quote feature is cool, too.

It looks like the "back" button now works correctly. When I use it the page is updated instead of being the old one. So now when I hit back to get to the topic page after reading a post it has my unread topics correctly highlighted. Very cool.

I like the blue highlights for new posts; perhaps not NEW to the forum but new to me.

PE,
Yours are blue???
Mine are green.

Are there other colors out there that Revlis doesn't want us to know about??

Anyone with green "new post" colors may have to go into their profile and choose the "desert" theme.

Not sure why it isn't making that the default yet.

I discovered that if you go to your profile and "submit" - even without changing to desert - it does go to the blue theme. I suspect that desert IS the default but you have to let the system know to look up the default.

Bressler..... You win a big fat heavy gold medal for that one. You are absolutely right. I had to do the same thing to get the version number of the software to update.

Was the ability to add a thread to your favorites always there in the 'Making a reply to a post' screen? Nice touch!

I like the canned "posts that mention your name" search a lot on the other board, it's usually the first thing I check
