The following is the choice I must make for a sparkling wine:

- Moet & Chandon White Star vs. Iron Horse Brut Wedding Cuvee

I am going to be having this wine to celebrate after I ask my girlfriend to marry me. Any opinion or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Iron Horse.
1. Smaller production, so the bottle is a bit more "special".
2. Cool name for an engagement wine, since it has the word "Wedding" in it.
3. It tastes better.

Best of luck.

Beta testing a new signature.

Iron Horse must be making better wines. The last time I was there I was really unimpressed with their line up.

I never had Iron Horse, but I am not a fan of White Star.

Iron Horse....at least it's an interesting drink compared to the mass produced, always boring White Star.

Alright Iron horse it is. I agree with the name also, it sounds strong and everlasting which is what I hope my marriage will be like as well. Thanks for the help.
