Sometimes I get these odd question mark icons in my posts. Any idea why?

BTW Dave... I wouldn't "complain" about the Texas Bandit's avatar. He did change it once a few years back and it was much worse.

And ormbee's avatar IIRC is built with some software that he developed years ago.

I think it would make a good thread to talk about the avatars that we have had here and vote on the all-time worst one. Problem is I still can't get pictures up in the threads. For me Ant's samurai guy would be the worst with TBird's f(~)uck a distant second.

The best was Anthony and Board-O's dueling avatars. Those were known to inspire seizures.

Over on ebob there are a bunch of posters with avatars that are far more interesting than the poster.
