On the bright side... I'm really being forced to commit my password to memory as I have to enter it so often.

lol. You can change your password to whatever you like... click on your name in the upper right hand corner and then find the manage password tab.

Brad,
OK, granted, it’s relatively easy to change the password, but that’s not the point. Having to log-in each day is really annoying.

Yes... I do know, and I do understand. I'm working on the solution... I'm sorry for the current inconvenience... it's a top priority.

I hope this is a priority. The log-in is really inconsistent. Some days I'm still logged in but I can't reply to anything so I have to log-out then log-in again. It is really annoying.

I found and fixed this problem for myself. I went and deleted every vinocellar cookie... and damn! There were a LOT of them! Easily 20+ cookies. Now it is nice and sticky!

I've done the same thing in the past Randy and it cures it...for a while.  It always seems to return.  For me it typically happens once per week.

Deleting your cookie if you had visited Vinocellar before the migration certainly will help. However, there is an issue with the cookie size growing too large and blowing itself up after browsing for awhile. That's normally when you'll have to re-login... from my observations on my PCs at least. I'm hoping to fix this issue (I know why it's being caused) when the new version of the forums is released. The programmer says it should be done end of this month... *crosses fingers*

In the meantime, I'm working on the restaurants piece, and the new design/skin... which will make the forums more user friendly.

I've narrowed down the issue, for me, at least. If I logon with another machine (in this case, my desktop), the cookie gets blown. Do you have some kind of mechanism that checks the last IP address or MAC or something?

Similar thing for me. When I tried to log in from IE on the same laptop I already had the site open in Firefox it blew the cookie and and I had to clear all of them to log back in.
